Behaviour in Jimmy's Cartel Poker

  • Respect: Jimmy's Cartel Poker is at its best when all of our players view each other as equals. Above all else, we expect our players to treat each other with kindness and respect when interacting in our game.
  • Harassment: Harassment and toxicity are not tolerated by us, or our community. If anyone in Jimmy's Cartel Poker targets you or another player with abusive language, racist or demeaning language, threats, or does anything else prohibited by our Terms & Conditions, their account may be subject to discipline.
  • Personal Information: Never share someone else's personal information or alternate account information with other players. We also strongly recommend that you do not share your personal information in our game.
  • Impersonation: Do not impersonate other players, streamers, celebrities, government officials, Jimmy's Cartel Poker employees, or anyone else.
  • Dangerous and Illegal Activities: Respect all local laws, and do not use our game to promote any dangerous and illegal activities, including but not limited to gambling, drug use, phishing, etc.
  • Abuse to Staff: Our staff work hard to keep the game a fun place for everyone to play. Abusive language, behaviour or threats towards our staff, and disrespect to our game will not be tolerated.

Play by the Rules

Cheating of any kind is not allowed or tolerated, including, but not limited to:

  • Telling cards is not allowed.
  • Using multiple accounts at the same table is not allowed.
  • Using multiple accounts to collect and transfer free bonuses for the benefit of another account is not allowed.
  • Players may have one main account and one alternate account unless express permission is granted otherwise - and those accounts must never be used to play together at the same table.
  • Selling your account is not allowed.
  • Selling chips or in-game items for real-world currency is not allowed.
  • Trading chips or in-game items for items in other games is not allowed.

Consequences

Violations of our Terms & Conditions may lead to us taking these in-game actions:

  • Chat Bans: Temporary or permanent loss of in-game chat, emojis and table gifts.
  • Account/Game Bans: Temporary or permanent suspension of your account, and alternate accounts. This includes losing access to your in-game items and currencies, and online features or systems.
  • Chip Transfer Bans: You can no longer engage in transferring chips with other players or accounts.
  • Alternate Accounts: Actions taken against a player's account may also extend to their alternate accounts.

Changes To The Privacy Policy and Terms & Conditions

We may update our Privacy Policy and Terms & Conditions from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy and Terms & Conditions on this page.
